When you hear about programming, the first thing that probably comes to mind is a programming language. While, yes, a language is the first step to becoming a programmer, it's only the first of many steps. There are numerous other things that shape a programmer into one.
This mini course covers these further steps, specifically in terms of the tools and techniques that programmers must be aware of early on in their programming career. And once again, this isn't meant to be a comprehensive tour but rather a quick run over the essential tools.
